Every day, support teams spend thousands of hours on the same questions. Where is my order? How do I return this? Which product should I choose? Can I change my delivery address?

Octocom builds AI agents for support and sales for consumer businesses. Our agents handle conversations independently across chat, email, and phone, from order tracking and returns to product guidance and order changes. Businesses get faster responses, lower support costs, and more sales.

We grew 10x in 2025 and are on track to do it again in 2026. Our AI has already handled hundreds of millions of customer conversations. We keep things direct: few meetings, no politics, clear responsibility, and honest feedback.

The role

Octocom's AI agents don't just answer questions. They track orders, process returns, recommend products, and change orders on behalf of real customers.

You'll build the agentic AI applications and product capabilities behind that. You'll work across backend and frontend to ship complete, useful products, and own the outcome rather than a ticket.

What you'll do

• Build agentic AI applications. New product capabilities where AI agents reason, use tools, and take action.
• Work across the stack. Backend-heavy, with frontend work held to a professional standard: clean, well-laid-out interfaces that are easy to use.
• Make product decisions. Grounded in what users need and how they will actually use the result.
• Turn problems into products. Take a product problem and ship a working experience, not a disconnected technical task.
• Care about both layers. Solid engineering underneath, a product people want to use on top.

Who we're looking for

A product-minded engineer who wants to build useful, attractive products in AI support and sales. You bring:

• Hands-on experience building agentic AI applications.
• Strong backend engineering.
• Frontend skills to ship polished, well-structured product interfaces, with good taste and product sense.
• Product judgment and a clear focus on usefulness.
• The drive to build and keep improving complete products.
